Memebox Scentbox 5 Tropical Fruits

Here is the only scentbox I've purchased so far, Memebox Scentbox 5 Tropical Fruits. I bought this because it was the closest that Memebox has come to providing a 'Pineapple Box," which I'm still hoping to see one day. This box was selling for $15 on its own plus shipping, or $30 for the bundle of three scentboxes (including Floral Scents and Sweet Shop). Contents included in this box (with stated values in USD):
  1. Boutique Bebe Coconut Pack, 100g ($20)
  2. Ladykin Twinklight Soft Foam Cleansing Kiwi, 100ml ($10)
  3. KONAD Niju Mango Moisture Hand Cream, 60ml ($6)
  4. KONAD Scented Polish, 10ml ($6) (Grapefruit, Kiwi, Lychee, Orange or Pineapple)
  5. Evas Vitamin Body Wash, 200ml ($6)
Total value of $48.
This is how Memebox described this box:

Dive into this tropical fruit scented box for a fragrant and exotic escape! Comes with 3 full-size products."
When I saw the contents of this box I was quite surprised, happily surprised, as I was expecting to see only three products, as per Memebox description. The box has 5 items which I consider to be full-size. Not bad for a $15 box.

1 . Boutique Bebe Coconut Pack, 100g ($20)
Memebox Product Description: "Entirely made from all-natural extra virgin coconut oil, this Coconut Pack is a solid, soap-like facial pack for deep cleansing, treating enlarged pores, and improving skin elasticity and firmness."
How to Use: "Use a bubbling net or  your hands to lather the hard-type pack well and create enough foams.  then massage into the pores for a couple of minutes before rinsing off.  To be used 1-2 times a week for a concentrated pore care."
If you love coconut smelling things, this item is definitely for you. The box smelled entirely of this soap. At one point in my life, I could not stand the smell of coconut, but all that changed after my Honeymoon in Hawaii. The coconut smell just reminds of island paradise.
However, so far I haven't jump onto using coconut products, i.e coconut oil, coconut shampoo, etc. I'll hang onto this for awhile for now.

2. Ladykin Twinklight Soft Foam Cleansing Kiwi, 100ml ($10)
Memebox Product Description: "This creamy, foaming, antioxidant-rich cleanser gently cleanses, nourishes, and hydrates.  It deeply purifies and pampers skin, infusing delicate nourishment with natural fruit extracts.  It thoroughly removes makeup with irritating the skin and also clears pores of excess sebum.  This formula is full of your-restoring antioxidants to strengthens kin, vitamin C to brighten, firm, soothe and nourish the skin."
How to Use: "Massage one to two dollops onto damp face, then rinse with warm water."
Although I'm glad that almost all Korean products come with a safety seal, it makes it hard to try to smell the fragrance without breaking the seal. And I don't like opening anything unless I'm about to use it, just to prolong shelf life, and also just in case I decide to gift or sell a product.  I would love to know how this smells like.

3. KONAD Niju Mango Moisture Hand Cream, 60ml ($6)
Memebox Product Description: "Enriched with organic argan oil, shea butter, olive oil, and vitamin E, the Niju Mango Moisture Hand Cream does not only smell wonderfully sweet but is also highly effective in soothing, moisturizing, and alleviating various skin troubles."
How to Use: "Massage the hand cream all over your hands whenever needed."
The first time I heard of KONAD was while looking up nail stamping art. Interesting to see a hand cream. Again, would love to know what this smells like, but I have a ton of hand creams to finish up before I can open this.

4. KONAD Scented Polish, 10ml ($6) (Grapefruit, Kiwi, Lychee, Orange or Pineapple)
Memebox Product Description: "Ever heard of a scented nail polish? KONAD has revolutionized the nail world by launching its Scented Polish which come infused with various tropical fruity fragrances - grapefruit, kiwi, lychee, orange, pineapple - that actually last up to 7 days after nail polish application."
How to Use: "Apply the base coat first, and double coat with the Scented Polish.  It'll start to smell fruity after it's been completely dried. If you want the scent to last longer, it is recommended to apply the top coat after the scent wears off."
This one I had to open right away, scented polish?, that is the first time I've heard of such. So I got the Grapefruit scented one, (oh why couldn't it have been pineapple?). It does have a grapefruit scent, but not strong enough to hide nail polish smell. It would be interesting to see how long it actually last (smell and polish coat).

5. Evas Vitamin Body Wash, 200ml ($6) (Papaya, Pomegranate, Orange, Lemon, Grape or Strawberry)
Memebox Product Description: "Bursting with refreshing, fruity scents, Evas Vitamin Body Wash cleanses your skin gently yet thoroughly, removing all skin impurities and delivering deep hydration all at once.  The naturally derived fruit extracts works to soothe and rejuvenate tired, stress-out skin."
How to Use: "Use a shower towel to lather the body wash well enough, and gently massage the foam all over your body.  Rinse off with warm water."
I got the papaya bottle of body wash. I'm happy to see body wash, always useful.

Overall, not a bad box, especially for the price paid. It would have been a better deal buying this as a bundle, but I really had to interest in the Floral Scentbox or Sweet Shop Scentbox. I'm slightly disappointed that I didn't get anything pineapple in this box. Will keep my fingers crossed for future releases.
